We just finished a major plumbing job in our home with Rodenheiser. We have a slab house that had a water leak in the slab, so our entire fresh water system needed to be replaced. Rodenheiser opened up the ceilings and walls and installed new PEX pipes for our three bathrooms, our kitchen and laundry. When they were done they closed everything up and we honestly can’t see where the cuts were in the walls and ceiling. They did an amazing job, plus they are really nice people and great to work with. I encourage you to consider hiring Rodenheiser, especially if you have a multi-faceted job that needs expert attention.

Rodenhiser fixed our toilet and bathroom drain in a timely manner. The pedestal was a little off center when they were done and when we asked for them to fix it they did it 1-2-3. We use Rodenhiser because they come when they say they will, and they text you when they’re on their way.
Rodenhiser is exactly what you’re looking for in a plumbing service. The office was convenient, friendly and quick in scheduling. Our plumber was skilled and went above and beyond in replacing our cracked shut off valve. Pricing was very reasonable. Rodenhiser is our new ‘go-to’ for plumbing.

Very pleased with Rodenhiser. Setting the appointment with the call center, receiving updates on tech arrival, tech’s arrival and they introduced themselves - very professional. Aaron Kaczor let us explain what our issue was - then investigated what was going on. He gave us options for solutions so we could decide what we were ok with. The techs completed the work successfully and gave us insight as to what to do going forward. We would highly recommend Rodenhiser going forward.

Brendan did an outstanding job taking care of the shower issues. He was highly professional, kept the working area spotless, and took the time to explain the process. After the repair, he carefully tested the water temperature and made adjustments to ensure the perfect balance of hot and cold water. Excellent service all around!

From our first meeting until the completion of the job, Rodenhiser was professional, on time, communicative, and diligent. I also think it’s important that the workers were very respectful of me (a woman) and did not need or ask for my husband to be there when giving explanations, as often happens with male workers.

We had a major clog in pipes connected to the kitchen sink. Christopher had the pro equipment to clear the clog. Explained every step of the way and answered every question. Took the time to analyze the bends in the plumbing to make sure that the problem was truly solved. I heartily recommend them.

The gang at Rodenhiser did an excellent double-job today…replacing both our kitchen faucet and toilet in our half-bath in about 90 minutes. They were on time, friendly, clean in appearance and work-habits and handled some weirdness in our old plumbing without any fuss. We have zero complaints and will be using them for any future plumbing needs. We have work to be done with some electrical items and will be contacting them for this work as well. A++!

Rodenhiser had installed a furnace in 2016, and the fan motor failed this September 2024. Service technician Donquor (Don) Bloomfield assessed this problem and ordered and expedited delivery of the motor/modulator unit and confirmed it was still under warranty. The motor came in ahead of expectations and Don returned with tech assistant Felix. Don was professional, informative, pleasant, and worked efficiently to make the repair, and checked that the a/c and heat were operating properly. He did this while helping to train Felix. He had a few suggestions on air flow and pressure, flue function and filter changes, and processed our paperwork and payment nicely. Thank you Donquor and Rodenhiser.

Daniel of Rodenhiser did a truly comprehensive and excellent job diagnosing and executing the installation of insulated copper tubing in our ductless AC/heating system. He initially had discovered significant problems in the original installation that led to numerous leaks and worked tirelessly over two days to fix a challenging system. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend both Daniel and Rodenhiser.

Other companies that I called they did not even give us a call after they did the inspection to our kitchen electrical problem. Some just told us they were short-handed. Rodenhiser recently installed a new AC / Heat Pump for my condo! The lead installer, Devin, was very nice and knowledgeable about everything. It was quite a job, too, since the outside unit had to be placed in a different area due to code restrictions. It took a couple of days and a lot of new piping/wiring, but the job got done and I'm very happy with the results! I definitely highly recommend Rodenhiser (and Devin!) for anything AC/Heat related!

Installed mini-splits on two floors. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional and reliable. The guys who did the install had to work around the crews doing floor installation, painting, updating electrics, etc.; it was total chaos but they did it with a smile and never slowed down. Whenever there was a decision to be made about where to place different system components, they always showed me the options and went with my selection. They were great about answering all questions. Ross and the office team were very organized and efficient, and are even taking care of processing rebate paperwork for us. We couldn’t be happier!

Called Rodenhiser early one morning after discovering our central AC unit had failed the night before. Service tech Dante was on-site 90 minutes after calling and performed an extremely thorough repair on the entire system, fully advised of any additional work that might be needed in the near future, and took the time to address any questions we had about the repairs or things to watch for in the future.
Mini splits installed in one day. Workman prompt, neat, and respectful of property. Very satisfied.

I just had Rodenhiser Home Services to my house for an electrical problem! The two gentleman they sent were absolutely fantastic. Patrick Gibson and his assistant Craig. They got here around 7:30 am and were here till about 1 pm correcting the problem. They both worked incredibly hard to correct the problem which they did. They actually went above and beyond and corrected a few other things that went along with my electrical problem. I will tell you I am extremely happy with their work ethic and their professionalism and kindness to make sure the problem was taken care of! It’s the first time I’ve used Rodenhiser and I am extremely happy with their company! I will say for the amount of time they spent here the total cost was very reasonable!

We hired Rodenhiser for a full house heat pump based cooling and heating system installation including a mandatory electrical upgrade to 200 AMPs. Among the companies I talked to for this project, they were the ones who paid the most attention to detail. The technicians came over multiple times to make sure how the system will be installed. They explained our options. We were clearly informed about the paperwork that needed to be filed for state and federal incentives. They helped us with the paperwork. The installation was done on time, and cleanly. As a part of the installation, the oil tank had to be removed from our basement. It was done very cleanly. The technicians were very professional and friendly. For any large HVAC and electrical work I will definitely work with them again.
